A brand with positive impact.

We were in charge of developing the brand and packaging concept for the world's first banana milk. A dairy-free, plant-based drink that is high in protein and low in sugar.

The brand was developed that has a key message which is "rescuing bananas that goes to wasted." Using “ugly” bananas prevents food waste and helps local farmers and their communities generate more income.

Made with rescued bananas.

Not all bananas that grows end up on supermarket shelves. “Ugly” bananas contain the same nutrients, but are often dismissed just because of their appearance. In fact, around 1.3 million tons of bananas are wasted every year. We think they are perfect enough to consume!

The Adventures of Bruss.

We develop a character who lives in a galaxy full of planets. Bruss is a born explorer who has a great imagination, this leads him to live stories full of emotion. Thus making it the most important element of the brand's storytelling.

A galaxy full of flavor.

The Illustrations on the packages demonstrate Bruss's adventures regarding the discovery of these new planets. The same ones that are represented by the particular flavor of each of the snacks. Additionally, they are complemented with visual elements such as the rocket, the space propeller and the one to fly through space; to complement the communication of each story.

We were in charge of developing a series of products for La Universal. El Bandido is a brand of chocolate coated wafer biscuit. These two developments we had to maintain the essence of the brand, integrating new skills or poses that interact with the product. So we can expand the product line while maintaining the pillars of the brand.

Products that helps the buyer consumer.

Today we look for products that solve people's life. Mix Piñata is a product that includes a mix of candies, lollipops and chocolates, which allow the user to take a product with a specific goal.

Mix cola is a product that contains the flavors of the most emblematic colas in the Ecuadorian market. The packaging encompasses a pop art communication that eludes the graphic style of these products.

Season products.

We incorporate the use of characters that contain the shape of the products in order to communicate an emotional message. In this way we get the brand to become more emotional and allow it to expand its values through its communication.

Expanding the brand to new consumers.

We were in charge of developing the new line of Wanabana Baby products. Following previously the parameters established in the mother line, we expanded the brand through color treatment. In this case we use pastel colors for the newborn category. We maintained all the initial architecture to continue strengthening the presence of the brand and its style, alluding to the name, we categorized this baby line under a spectrum of color very different from the traditional line.

SNACK WITH IMAGINATION

Creating stories through the brand.

We were in charge of developing a line of snacks that tell a story through their products. We develop a character that lives in a world full of adventures. Bruss in an innate explorer who likes reading and has a great imagination, this leads him to live stories full of fun and emotions.

Inspired by the style of comic's and children's books, we developed a line of packaging that expresses the attributes of the product, in addition to energizing the character and relating to the differences adventures that Bruss is about to experience.

We were in charge of redesigning the Petit Néctar product line. After the brand changed its core values, it was forced to change its line of communication. Petit is now a brand that leverages pride and a sense of belonging towards the local. This generates in its consumers the knowledge that its ingredients are inspired by their land and that they are products made by local hands.

Communication through packaging.

In this development we were in charge of redesign the brand without losing its main values ​​and its form that has maintained it over the years. The logo was restructured since the typography had a classic and old style. The brand lacked a structured form and was visually rebuilt through the use of a constructive grid. The same that generated a visual balance between the two opposite edges of the brand among the free space around it.

Revitalizing the brand.

One of the most important factors was the need to modernize the brand. Its initial essence and aesthetics were maintained, however we restructured the brand through the use of a constructive grid; This allows us to have a visually balanced and geometrically proportional logo. From the typographic aspect we stick to the new guideline including a friendlier connotation; as it contains other product lines that target different target audiences.

Products with social responsability.

We were in charge of developing a new concept of tea. The main ingredients are grown and produced in South America, Ecuador and Peru. This product line includes: Arriba cocoa chocolate, maca, guayusa, golden berries, etc. One of the main social responsibility objectives of this brand was to help the animals of the Ecuadorian Amazon to return them to nature.

The return of the Inca warrior.

The main objective was to connect the idea of the Inca warrior portrayed in these animal masks. This warrior has the appropriate style of the time period that includes crowns, large gold earrings, face painting, etc. Also the representation of these masks evokes most representative animals in the main culture, most of them are symbols of strength and wisdom. As an example, the jaguar represents power, mystical darkness and sacred energies and is linked to political power in that particular period of time.

Illustration as a unique design factor.

We use illustration as our main technique so that we can create a unique and striking style. By mixing all the main ideas as well as: Inca warrior, ingredients and social responsibility, we could find this interesting representation of each product. It is also important to mention that we can incorporate more products in the category without losing its main criteria.
